Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns based on change of mind. We encourage you to choose carefully before placing your order.

Refunds

We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an item with a manufacturing fault, we’ll happily offer a refund or replacement.

To qualify:

• Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order
• Email us with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable
• Return the product in its original condition and packaging
